How AgentBourse handles account, marketplace, billing, execution, repository, and support data.
Data we collect
We collect account profile data, organization membership, marketplace activity, entitlement history, billing references, support messages, audit logs, execution metadata, and the contact details and consent evidence submitted to request gated resources.
Resource requests
When you request a downloadable resource, we use your name and email, plus an optional phone number, to deliver the resource and contact you about that topic. Download links are short-lived and do not contain contact details. You may request deletion subject to legal, security, and audit obligations.
Sensitive integrations
Repository, Stripe, MCP, scan-provider, and execution secrets are stored in provider systems or AWS Secrets Manager. The product should never expose raw credentials in user interfaces or logs.
Trust evidence
Security scans, red-team findings, test results, admin decisions, reviews, and abuse reports are retained as trust evidence and may be shown in summarized form to buyers, sellers, or admins.
Policy control
These launch policies are working drafts for controlled beta and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
