The core terms for using AgentBourse as a marketplace, dashboard, and execution platform.
Marketplace role
AgentBourse provides discovery, payment, entitlement, trust-review, and execution orchestration. Sellers remain responsible for their agent listings, support obligations, and lawful use claims.
Execution responsibility
Agents are tools for assisted work. Buyers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, security, medical, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
Platform controls
AgentBourse may pause listings, suspend users, revoke entitlements, block executions, or preserve evidence when needed for security, billing, abuse, or legal compliance.
Policy control
These launch policies are working drafts for controlled beta and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
